Requirements

Ph. D. (or any other relevant Doctorate degree) with three years teaching experience as lecturer or relevant work experience.

Demonstrated experience in any two of the following: research and publications (at least three articles in refereed journals or two chapters in books published by recognized publishers.

Must have participated in curriculum development and thesis supervision

Must have made a demonstrable contribution in his or her field of expertise through community engagement

Those with administrative experience, such as serving as an HOD or dean have an added advantage.
