They are seeking suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the following vacancies:

1. Training Instructor

Responsibilities:

Assist each individual in their efforts to become a highly motivated, well disciplined, physically and mentally fit guard.

Train new recruits to develop them into smartly disciplined, physically fit and thoroughly indoctrinated guards.

Ensure all staff meets and maintains the organization’s standards, courtesy and consistence.

Conduct trainings to improve performance of current workforce evaluate effectiveness of training

Conduct orientation sessions & trainings for current workforce as well as new hires.

Keep up with current crime trends and incorporate into training accordingly.

Confirming roster, Planning and carrying out the classroom instruction and ensuring evaluations are done and submitted by conducting testing and recording of results

Flexible working hours Requirements

Requirements:

Applicant must be at least 28 years old and above Must be computer Literate

Some security background

Experience ¡n drills instruction would be an added advantage

Good communication skills are vital

Must have public speaking abilities

Be in great physical shape

Knowledge ¡n operation of security equipment and Knowledge of permitted and prohibited items, knowledge of current Standardized

Operating Procedures (SOP) including security breach,

Knowledge of current performance protocols
