SWISSAID is an international not for profit organization that works in partnership with civil society organizations with a rights based approach and gender perspective to enable the deprived communities to address their rights and sustainable livelihood question.

SWISSAID is inviting applications for the position of:

Country Program Coordinator

Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate Degree in Social Science, Economics, Agriculture.
  • At least five years of experience in relevant fields.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop strong, positive relationship with stakeholders, funders, networks, organizations to increase visibility connectedness and advocacy.
  • Good presentation and proposal writing skills.
  • Strong Management skills.
  • Strong commitment for justice and the rights of marginalized people.
  • Astute understanding of the country situation.
  • Ability to share organizational values.
  • Fluency in written and spoken official national language and English.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Experience working with donors and maintaining good donor relationships.
