SCIAF is the international relief and development agency of the Catholic Church in Scotland.

They support programmes for change in developing countries, respond to emergencies and campaign for a more just world.

It seeks:

Programme Manager

Qualifications:

Fluent in spoken and written English.

Eligible to work in the UK.

Speak and write Arabic desirable.

Significant development work experience and proven experience of programme, staff and financial management, including programme funding from institutional donors and managing complex programmes in a development/humanitarian context.
