The French Red Cross (FRC) an associate of Red Cross seeks to recruit:

1. Head of Delegation - South Sudan

Qualifications:

Higher education in development studies/international relations/political sciences or more than 5 years experience in development project management

Highly diplomatic skills (relation with local authorities, SCRS)

Flexible, patient and adaptable

Experienced in managing staff from other cultures

Excellent team working abilities

Good computer knowledge

Working experience in unstable political contexts necessary.

2. Watsan/Community Based Health Delegate - South Sudan

Qualifications:

Experience in rural water project implementation (if possible in Sudan) and management of hygiene promotion/public health project.

Good knowledge or experience of the Islamic conception of water.

Understanding of local challenges and issues linked to water access.

Working experience in pastoralist area (conflict nomads/sedentary).

Knowledge of participative approach, sensitization methods and community development.
