REAL Insurance Company Limited is a general insurance firm offering a broad range of insurance services to meet the needs of individuals and corporate clients.

The company has representation in Tanzania, Malawi and Mozambique.

They are seeking qualified and self motivated persons to fill the positions below which have recently arisen.

1. Health Care Manager

Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate of Health Sciences or Business/Social Sciences with additional training in health insurance/health management. Postgraduate training in management is an added advantage.
  • ACM or equivalent qualification is an added advantage.
  • At least 5 years experience in a senior position in Health Insurance/Health Systems Management.
  • Ability to apply medical knowledge (and clinical experience where appropriate) in product and service design, risk acceptance and the management of benefit utilization and claims.

    2. Head of Internal Audit

    Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree in Finance or Business related course.
  • CPA/ACCA Finalist.
  • A professional audit qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the provision of internal audit services preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Thorough understanding of statutory requirements in the insurance industry.
  • Highest degree of confidentiality.

    3. Sales and Marketing Manager

    Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Business or marketing related degree from a recognized university.
  • Professional papers in marketing.
  • A CII or equivalent insurance qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • 5 years experience in sales & marketing in the financial services sector.
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge.
