Public Health Evaluator 

Location: Kinshasa, DRC.

Management Systems International (MSI) is a global international development firm based in Washington, D.C. providing specialized short- and long-term technical assistance.

It is currently looking for consultants that can provide short-term technical assistance in the area of public health evaluations. The work will support various public health evaluation needs of the USAID Mission-Kinshasa.

Responsibilities:

Interface with USAID public health and program staff on evaluation design and development.

Develop evaluation methodology, workplan and instruments.

Conduct evaluation fieldwork.

Develop evaluation report.

Qualifications:

Masters in Public Health or related social science field, PhD a plus:

10 years of experience in the field of public health evaluation;

Previous experience leading public health evaluations in Francophone Africa, previous experience in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) a plus;

Fluency in French, both written and spoken;

Experience working on USAID-supported public health initiatives;

The ability to travel and work from the field.
