Postgraduate Commonwealth Scholarships: The scholarships are awarded for full-time postgraduate study in the fields of education, tourism management, water and environmental management, sustainability of the built environment, and applied geology.

The scholarships are jointly funded by the Department for International Development and the University of Brighton.

Scholarship Application Eligibility criteria

  • Commonwealth shared scholarships are open to nationals of a Commonwealth developing country.
  • These scholarships are only available for full-time postgraduate study in the subjects listed.

    How to apply

    Candidates can apply to more than one institution, but only one offer of an award may be accepted.

    The deadline for receiving scholarship applications is 31 May every year.
