PhD Scholarships in History, Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences, University of Hull.

The Faculty of Arts & Social Sciences at the University of Hull is pleased to offer 8 full PhD studentships in the following disciplines, beginning September.

Scholarships will cover fees and provide an annual stipend of 10,000 GBP for three years.

The History department would welcome applications within its recognised areas of research concentration:

Intellectual history

Maritime history

Imperial and Colonial history

Military history

Economic and Business history

No application will be excluded from outside those areas.
