Applications are invited for PhD scholarships in Economics at the University of Otago.

Applications from students interested in doing research in either trade theory or the empirical aspects of monetary policy are particularly encouraged.

These Scholarships consist of the following three components:

Payment of tuition fees for the degree for which the Scholarship is given

A living allowance paid monthly

Costs incurred in the production of two copies of the hard bound thesis For any additional queries regarding PhD study in the Department of Economics

Note that the application form should be returned by post or courier to the University’s Scholarships Office at the address given on the application form, not to the Department of Economics.
