Head Of Finance and Grants:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Finance and Grants will be based in Nairobi and will primarily ensure proper maintenance and functioning of Pact Kenya’s finance and grants functions.
He/she will be a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) of Pact Kenya responsible for providing strategic leadership in support Pact Kenya and its partner CSOs in achieving rigorous financial and grants reporting and management systems.
The Head of Finance and Grants will also work in a peer relationship alongside other key Managers within Pact Kenya including the Head of Programmes on budgetary and donor compliance requirements with regards to financial and grants related activities.
The incumbent will be in charge of the quality standards of the tools, materials Pact Kenya uses to deliver effective grants and financial services to stakeholders.

Head Of Capacity Development:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Head of Capacity Development will coordinate Organizational Capacity Development within Pact Kenya and its partners across all program platforms.
He or She will be a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) of Pact Kenya responsible for providing strategic leadership in supporting Pact Kenya and its partner CSOs in achieving Capacity Development goals.
As Capacity Development (CD) is a key approach Pact Kenya uses in development, this will be key strategic position with Pact Kenya.
The Head of Capacity Development will report to Pact Kenya Chief Executive Officer and work in a peer relationship alongside other key Managers within Pact Kenya including the Head of Programs, Peace and Democracy and Governance and Head of Programs, Environment and Women Empowerment and coordinate capacity development of partner organizations.
H/She will also coordinate all the Capacity Development work within Pact Kenya in pursuit of Pact Kenya’s organizational learning and growth.
