PEAS Jobs: PEAS (Promoting Equality in African Schools) is a UK based charity.

Its mission is to unlock the potential of Africa by delivering equal access to affordable, quality secondary education.

Applications are invited for the position of:

Senior Director of Education

Qualifications:

  • Passionate about positively impacting children and communities through the delivery of high quality secondary education across a growing network of up to 100 secondary schools (including the ARK-PEAS schools);
  • Evidence of leading the delivery of quality secondary education at a whole-school level or through an education program;
  • Leadership and Management;
  • Proven record of building positive relationships with a wide variety of different people;
  • Experience of developing and implementing professional development/training methods specific to education.
