Organisational Transformation Partner, World Vision - Kenya

Experience:

Consulting experience in organizational development, with a focus on process consulting/action learning methodologies.

Consulting experience in change leadership and management, emphasizing application leading to practical solutions.

Experience working in diverse organisational contexts; diversity experience (e.g., cultural, gender, cultural, religious).

Breadth of experience in strengthening organisational systems (including individual, team, group and organisation-wide) and interacting at various organisational levels (senior, middle, and staff).

International work experience, including work in Africa.

Qualifications:

Degree in organizational development, human development, organisational psychology or related areas.

Proficiency in English required; and fluency in French preferred.

Knowledge of World Vision ministry preferred.
