Process sales activities i.e. offers, orders, invoices, CRM and related

Be in active contact with the sales team within

Be in active contact with product sales teams

Ensure customer inquires/orders/complaints are promptly and satisfactorily handled

Draft sales offers Requirements:

Diploma holder in related field (IT, Sales, Business or Engineering)

Some sales experience will be an added advantage

Engineering background is also desirable

Strong understanding of the industry, systems and operations
