Oasis Ltd Jobs: Oasis Ltd is a well established manufacturing and marketing company dealing with leading multinational brands.

They are seeking a high calibre professional to fill the position of:

Area Sales Manager

Duties:

  • Direct responsibility for the achievement of sales budget Identify opportunities to grow the customer base through new business development opportunities.
  • Develop both short and long term sales strategies for top and bottom line growth
  • Clearly define Key Performance Indicators for the Sales team reporting into the position.
  • Develop, implement and monitor business objectives for all customers.
  • Positively influencing sales by regular contact, networking and motivation of teams and customers.
  • Approve and regularly review all sales itineraries to ensure effective customer collage.

    Qualifications:

  • Educated to at least Bachelors Degree in any field but with genuine interest in selling
  • Minimum 5 years experience in field sales, two years of which must be in a management role in an FMCG environment ideally with experience in managing a diverse sales team.
