Oasis Ltd Jobs: Oasis Ltd is a well established manufacturing and marketing company dealing with leading multinational brands.

They are seeking a high calibre professional to fill the position of:

Area Sales Manager

Duties:

Direct responsibility for the achievement of sales budget Identify opportunities to grow the customer base through new business development opportunities.

Develop both short and long term sales strategies for top and bottom line growth

Clearly define Key Performance Indicators for the Sales team reporting into the position.

Develop, implement and monitor business objectives for all customers.

Positively influencing sales by regular contact, networking and motivation of teams and customers.

Approve and regularly review all sales itineraries to ensure effective customer collage.

Qualifications:

Educated to at least Bachelors Degree in any field but with genuine interest in selling

Minimum 5 years experience in field sales, two years of which must be in a management role in an FMCG environment ideally with experience in managing a diverse sales team.
