Nithi Water & Sanitation Company Jobs:

Nithi Water & Sanitation Company is one of the Water Service Providers contracted by Tana Water Services Board (TWSB) as an agent to provide water and sanitation services in Chuka and Chogoria Towns and their environs.

They invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates with excellent credentials to fill the following positions:

1. General Manager

Qualifications:

Diploma in Water Engineering, Business related field, Environmental science or equivalent.

Minimum of 5 years working experience in a managerial position preferably in a water institution.

Good report writing, communication skills and team player.

Proficiency in standard Office Computer Applications.

Proven strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.

Demonstrated experience in strategic management, including planning goal setting, and preparation of technical reports.

2. Technical Manager

Qualifications:

Diploma in Water Engineering/Technology.

Minimum of five (5) years and relevant post qualification working experience in a busy water sector institution, three of which must be in a senior position.

Have demonstrated ability to manage water and sanitation utilities with proven record.

Ability to work unsupervised and on own initiative.

Good report writing, communication skills and team player.

Proven Computer literate skills.
