1. Chief Executive Officer

Experience:

Demonstrated ability over several years to perform executive functions

Strong technical understanding of the guarantee products, including their business and development potential in an African context

Comprehensive knowledge of and working experience with the African financial sector

Political and cultural sensitivity and experience in working constructively with a wide range of African and international organisations

Desirable: Experience in starting up a major business operation from scratch
