Master in Materials for Energy Storage and Conversion Scholarships: The Master in Materials for Energy Storage and Conversion Scholarships of 21000 Euros / Year are granted to 25 selected third-country students (non-european) each year.

Programme contents: The M.E.S.C. Masters course is designed to provide a 2-year education program in Materials Science and Electrochemistry within 5 universities that host world-renowned leading research laboratories in the field of Energy-Related Materials.

The Masters consists of three semesters of classes taught in English language plus one semester for a Masters thesis in a European research laboratory.

Altogether, students will study in between two and four different European countries:

Admission criteria: The programme is open to 25 non-European students per year.

The admission criteria will be highly competitive as we intend to advertise this program among students of top leading universities from all over the world.

Candidates should own a BSc (Bachelor in Sciences) preferably in the fields of Chemical Engineering, Physical Chemistry, Materials Science or Electrochemistry.

Besides usual evaluation of student’s records such as GPA’s, and TOEFL, applicants will have to explain their goals and interests in coming to Europe for education.A minimum level of 550 points is required.

Lead university:

- 1st semester in France : Univ. Paul Sabatier (Toulouse) or Univ. of Provence (Marseille)

- 2nd semester in Poland : Warsaw Technical University

- 3rd semester in Spain or France : Univ. of Cordoba (Spain) or Univ. of Picardie (Amiens, France)

- 4th semester : Master thesis in one of the 16 laboratories of the European Network of excellence
