U21Global, together with MasterCard Worldwide, is delighted to present the joint scholarship programme exclusively for women in the Travel and Tourism industry.

The programme comprises 20 scholarships for the U21Global Postgraduate Diploma of Business Administration that can articulate into the University of Nottingham MSc in Tourism and Travel Management

This programme will give you a unique edge in the region's fast growing tourism sector, honing your managerial expertise while developing specialised skill in tourism and travel management.

The course is supported by our extensively-research pedagogy, delivered online for convenient and flexible access.

The programme is intended for graduates who want to develop skills in the management and marketing of tourism and travel products and programmes.

It is designed to provide participants with a solid foundation in core management subjects and equip students with a firm grounding in basic management capabilities.

Core subjects include general management subjects such as Organisational Behavior, Finance, Marketing Management and Strategic Management as well as tourism-specific subjects like Service Quality in Travel and Tourism and Understanding the Tourism Consumer.

Eligibility Criteria:

Open only to women residing in Asia/Pacific, South Asia, South Africa, Saudi Arabia and the UAE

Must be currently working in the tourism and travel industry in these regions

Must be nominated by the employer

At least 1 reference of the 2 required must come from the CEO or HR Director
