Manchester Outfitters Limited Jobs: Manchester Outfitters Limited are a leading uniform manufacturer in East Africa and are looking for suitable candidates to fill up the following positions:
1. Sales Support
Responsibilities:
Making new leads – visiting / phone leads / face to face
Servicing existing clients and building customer rapport
Understand company procedures and abiding by them
Being understanding and as friendly as possible
Being able to work under minimum supervision and own intellect
Provide feedback on work progress to manager
Preparing well written detailed client reports after interaction with potential clients, from planning to completion with minimal input from manager
Set tone of professionalism and integrity with clients.
2. Customer Care / Administrator
Responsibilities:
Be able to communicate as clear and concisely as possible, whether face to face, over the phone or via email
Understand the customer’s needs, wants and expectations
Set maintain and exceed customer service standards
Being able to follow up clients to see how service can be improved
Able to remain calm under pressure and problem solve accordingly
To be able to hold efficient, accurate and detailed client reports, to help managers action right solutions
Manage other office tasks, such as filing, covering reception desk and data entry.
3. Receptionist
Responsibilities:
Be able to manage busy reception functions via phone, email and dealing face to face with clients
Providing administrative support to sales team and management
Attending to visitors, dispatch and other administrative tasks
Able to communicate clear and concisely and forward information to right department.
Qualifications:
To hold relevant degrees in the required fields
2 – 4 years’ experience in similar job
Experience and knowledge of Microsoft office packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel
References from previous employers
Any other qualification that can support applications
Be a bright, motivated, bubbly, empathetic and professional person.
