Kenya Conservatoire of Music

Conservatoire of Music seeks to recruit a development oriented individual to the position of Director.

The ideal candidate who is expected to work independently and with minimum supervision should have a keen interest in Music and at least the following qualifications and skills.

  • University degree preferably in Social Sciences or Education or Economics or Business Administration
  • Dip ABRSM or equivalent
  • Strong organisation and planning skills
  • Good leadership skills
  • Approachability
  • Good proposal writing and Communication skills
  • Financial Management skills
  • Good IT skills
