Conservatoire of Music seeks to recruit a development oriented individual to the position of Director.

The ideal candidate who is expected to work independently and with minimum supervision should have a keen interest in Music and at least the following qualifications and skills.

University degree preferably in Social Sciences or Education or Economics or Business Administration

Dip ABRSM or equivalent

Strong organisation and planning skills

Good leadership skills

Approachability

Good proposal writing and Communication skills

Financial Management skills

Good IT skills
