KIM Jobs: Kenya Institute of Management (KIM) has maintained its status as a professional membership organization whose mandate is to promote excellence and integrity in the practice of management and the protection of management profession.

It is recruiting:

1. Head of Consultancy Services.

Qualifications:

  • Master of Business Administration degree or related field;
  • Postgraduate qualification in programme design and implementation is an added advantage;
  • Over 7 years practical experience in management and leadership training, human resources advisory services, preparation of proposals and bids;
  • Marketing and business development skills and competencies Computer literate;
  • Good presentation, communication and organizational skills.

    2. Branch Manager.

    Qualifications:

  • Masters degree preferably in management or related field;
  • A minimum of three years experience in a management position;
  • Good presentation, ICT, communication and organizational skills.

    3. Procurement Manager.

    Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement Management. A Master’s degree will be preferred;
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience in a busy environment;
  • Team player with good leadership skills with good analytical skills;
  • Must be a registered member of a relevant professional association.
