The Kenya Electricity Transmission Company Limited (KETRACO) a State Corporation whose mandate is to plan design, build, operate and maintain new high voltage electricity transmission lines and associated substations throughout the Country, seeks to recruit the following staff:

1. Power Economist - 1 Position

Qualification:

Must have at least a Bachelors degree in Electrical engineering and must have done Power Economics option

A Masters degree will be an added advantage

Must have been exposed to Project Management for at least five years

Those who have worked in the public or parastatals in energy/electricity subsector will have an added advantage.

2. Senior Public Relations and Communication Officer - 1 Position

Qualification:

Must be a holder of a university degree in Public Relations, Communications or journalism from a recognized university

Must have at least 5 years experience in a dynamic communications/PR function in public and or private sector with proven people leadership skills

Experience in developing and administering strategic communication programmes

Have proven ability to design, implement both strategic programmes and support tactics with superior written and verbal communication skills

Must be Computer literate.
