Jubilee Insurance is the leading composite Insurance Company in the East African Region offering a wide range of insurance products and services to individuals and corporate clientele.

In line with the growth strategy, they wish to invite applications for the following vacant positions:

IT Systems/Business Analyst

Minimum Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science
  • 5 years development experience in Oracle and Microsoft platform
  • Business application support experience
  • Experience in software project management and deployment
  • Experience with Premia General Insurance system V 9 or 10 and sun financials is preferable.

    Key responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with users to identify changes that are necessary for the systems to continue supporting the business strategy
  • Identifying new areas of automation and technology which will enhance IT system capabilities
  • Applying best practices and standards in solution design and project executions
  • Training users and other team members on new information system solutions, ensuring that the solutions developed are properly tested and that the problems identified are reported, tracked and resolved in a timely manner
  • Working with other business analysts to implement and maintain enterprise-wide data warehouse solutions for consolidated corporate reporting and analytics.
