Compassion International Tanzania is an Evangelical Christian holistic child development ministry dedicated to the needy children of Tanzania.

Compassion is looking for born-again Christians and professionals to fill the following positions.

1. Information Technology (IT) Specialist

Qualifications:

Mature Christian person, based on evangelical Christian values; has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and is above reproach in integrity and honesty.

University degree in Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent certifications and experience.

Masters degree on the same is an added advantage.

Minimum 2 years of System Administrator experience in a Microsoft environment including Microsoft Exchange, Server and Office.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to present technical concepts in lay terms.

Post graduate diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent.

Intermediate English fluency including common IT terms.

Ability to teach technical applications to users.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and to leam new concepts quickly.

Expected to travel an average of 10% or less to other countries as an Information Technology functional representative, resource person, or trainee.
