Integrated Steel Plant in Ethiopia invites applications from experienced and qualified candidates to apply for the available vacant position to serve as the:

HR Manager

Qualifications:

Degree in Human Resource Management or Behavioural Sciences and must have spent a minimum of five years in HR

Strong enough to operate in a tough environment, they will have the interpersonal skills to operate effectively cross functionally and at all levels in a culturally diverse organisation employing expatriate as well as local staff.

A willingness to become thoroughly conversant with Ethiopian employment law and health and safety legislation is a prerequisite.

Excellent communicator.
