The Images to Stop TB Photo Award

The Images to Stop TB Photo Award, launched, is intended to raise awareness of tuberculosis prevention and treatment and community activity by obtaining outstanding photos of these activities. The project seeks to produce a comprehensive body of photographic work on tuberculosis to be used for advocacy purposes. The edition aims to obtain outstanding photos depicting people taking action to stop tuberculosis. An international jury will select a photographer who will receive a grant to produce these photos. The jury includes photography experts from around the world and representatives from UN and other partner organizations. Eligibility:

The winner will receive an award of $5000 and an additional $5000 to be used towards travel expenses to produce a series of 20 - 30 photographs depicting actions people can take to stop tuberculosis and to raise awareness about it. Deadline: 20th September
