Location: Kinshasa, DRC

Management Systems International (MSI) is a global international development firm based in Washington, D.C. providing specialized short- and long-term technical assistance.

Management Systems International (MSI) is currently looking for consultants that can provide short-term technical assistance in the area of good governance evaluations.

Qualifications:

Masters in political science, public policy or related social science field, PhD a plus:

10 years of experience in the field of good governance evaluation;

Previous experience leading good governance evaluations in Francophone Africa, previous experience in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) a plus

Fluency in French, both written and spoken;

Experience working on USAID-supported good governance initiatives;

The ability to travel and work from the field.
