The grant is named after Frigga, the goddess of fertility, motherhood, love, family and home from Scandinavian mythology and echoes the Scandinavian roots of the company.
The grant offers researchers across the world the opportunity to apply for one of two EUR 50,000 grants for research on fundamental fertility and gynaecology.
A different theme is set every two years.
