Development Alternatives Inc (DAI) is recruiting for a short-term consultant to serve as a Team Leader on a program design effort focused on the development of two separate youth programs for USAID/Kenya, one in Eastleigh and one in the Coastal region (specific locations to be determined).

Basic Qualifications:

Relevant experience designing similar youth-focused programs for donors, experience working with USAID is preferred

Deep understanding of Islamic, Somali, and Coastal culture is a must

Advanced university degree in relevant field

English fluency required, Swahili language preferred.
