The ICT Advisor will provide technology leadership and implementation oversight for the management, design and development of the Kenya Civil Society Portal for Health, a web portal dedicated to providing institutional technical assistance to the Kenyan civil society and beyond.

This individual will also be responsible for managing and directing ICT-related technical assistance to a select number of CSOs that are partnering with a USAID-funded project; and also build the ICT capacity of a government entity who will manage the portal.

The ICT Advisor will directly supervise two ICT Officers and will be responsible for providing technology leadership to the project.

The ideal candidate will also have experience managing website creation, application development and ICT-related training.

Additionally, overall project management experience is essential. Tasks require a strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
