Crescentech Enterprise Jobs: Crescentech Enterprise is seeking to recruit qualified candidates with experience to fill the following positions available in the firm as follows:
Enterprise Sales Account Manager
Duties:
Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing additional solutions and services, developing new applications.
Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients.
Recommends new solutions and services by evaluating current solutions, identifying needs to be filled.
Responsible for keeping commitments in a timely manner and resolving issues promptly.
Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high quality service in representing the organisation.
Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in IT, Business or Marketing preferred.
With over 3 years’ experience in a similar position the candidate should demonstrate ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
Excellent presentation, organizational skills, able to set priorities, and responsive to customer requests.
Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic, should be able to work well under pressure.
Knowledge/experience in Servers, Storage, Virtualisation, Telephony, Data Networking, Wireless, LAN/WAN connectivity and VoIP preferred. Vendor qualification – HP / EMC / Oracle-SUN / IBM will be an added advantage.
