Crescentech Enterprise Jobs: Crescentech Enterprise is seeking to recruit qualified candidates with experience to fill the following positions available in the firm as follows:

Enterprise Sales Account Manager

Duties:

  • Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing additional solutions and services, developing new applications.
  • Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from clients.
  • Recommends new solutions and services by evaluating current solutions, identifying needs to be filled.
  • Responsible for keeping commitments in a timely manner and resolving issues promptly.
  • Accountable for customer satisfaction and providing high quality service in representing the organisation.

    Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in IT, Business or Marketing preferred.
  • With over 3 years’ experience in a similar position the candidate should demonstrate ability to execute results against strategy and meet critical deadlines.
  • Excellent presentation, organizational skills, able to set priorities, and responsive to customer requests.
  • Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic, should be able to work well under pressure.
  • Knowledge/experience in Servers, Storage, Virtualisation, Telephony, Data Networking, Wireless, LAN/WAN connectivity and VoIP preferred. Vendor qualification – HP / EMC / Oracle-SUN / IBM will be an added advantage.
