Location: Kenya.

Community Mobilization Against Desertification (CMAD) is a local Non-Governmental organization committed to enable communities ml Kenya to improve their livelihoods, live a dignified, healthy and prosperous life through capacity building, collaboration and service delivery.

They are currently seeking to fill the position of:

Executive Director

Qualifications and Competency:

A Masters degree in a relevant field, preferably Natural/Agricultural Sciences or Social Sciences.

At least 5 years experience in research and development work.

Demonstrated management skills.

Experience in implementing, monitoring and evaluating programs and projects.

Computer Literacy.

Willingness to travel and work under flexible working hours.

Awareness or interest on key global issues.

Experience in designing programmes and developing project proposals.
