The Association of Microfinance Institution of Kenya (AMFI —K) is a National Network of Micro finance institutions. AMFI is registered under Companies Act.

The Association is looking for a suitable candidate to fill the position of:

Social Performance Manager

Qualifications:

Masters Degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Sociology or Finance.

Three to five years of experience as a program coordinator/ manager in a large institution dealing with Micro finance.

Experience in training, Project monitoring, social performance management will be an added advantage.

Fluency in English is required. Hands on Word, Excel, Power Point, Ms Project and Internet are mandatory.

Excellent interpersonal skills including capacity for proposal development is essential.

Demonstrate ability to identify and focus on priorities.

Solid Leadership and strategic thinking, experience and networking.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with different institutions and Variety of stake holders.

Excellent organizational skills.

Experience ¡n training, listening, implementation and learning facilitation.
