Abson Motors Limited Nairobi and Mombasa seeks to feel the positions of Sales Manager, Sales Executives, Workshop Foreman.

Sales Manager

Nairobi & Mombasa

Qualifications

Minimum Higher Diploma in Sales and Marketing or equivalent

Should have more than 5 years' sales and marketing experience.

The candidate will be responsible for prospecting new business, performing outside sales calls and further establishing strong relationships with existing clients within the required territory

Should be able to ensure excellent customer service.

Continually monitor actions of competitors.

Should have managerial skills preferably in motor industry.

Keep accurate records.

Should have extensive knowledge of sales skills and competitive in motor industry.

Should be able to develop department budget.

Must have good leadership skills.

Duty Station:

Mombasa

Commencement:

Soonest Possible

Qualifications;

Preferable with Diploma in Sales and Marketing

Should have a valid driving license

Should have not less than 3 year working experience

Should have a proven track record as a Sales Executive within a - Car Dealership or equipment sales

Ability to produce results with minimal supervision, must be self motivated, hardworking with the enthusiasm and determination to succeed whilst maintaining an excellent customer relationship,

Workshop Foreman

Duty Station:

Mombasa

Commencement:

Soonest Possible

Qualifications

Motor vehicle mechanic grade test 1, 2 or equivalent

Should have more than 5 years' experience as a senior mechanic.

Managerial skills shall be an added advantage

Must have good leadership skills.

Ability to delegate/assign tasks to mechanics.

Ability to monitor more than 25 mechanics.

Ability to determine time frame for all jobs to avoid delays to customer.

Should be conversant to proper usage of Personal Protective Equipments (PPE).
