Absolute Return for Kids (ARK) is looking for an exceptional individual to fill the position of:

Programme Head - Uganda

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree ideally in a relevant degree

Five years experience of research and/or monitoring and evaluation in development or with donor agencies, preferably in the education sector

Strong personal drive and focus on continuous improvement

Willingness to challenge the status quo and to constantly bring innovative thinking to ARK

Credibility, education expertise and self-confidence to work effectively with demanding trustees, and to lead discussions as required

Entrepreneurial approach

Good judgement; ability to work with incomplete information.
