4G Capital Talent Acquisition Specialist Jobs in Kenya; The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the delivery of recruitment across 4G Capital, ensuring operational teams are resourced effectively and in line with business goals. The role will manage end-to-end recruitment for frontline and operational roles, ensuring fairness, compliance, and a strong candidate experience. Additionally, the role will oversee onboarding processes, background checks, and recruitment reporting, while contributing to continuous improvement of talent acquisition processes and systems.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (advertising, shortlisting, interviews, assessments, selection) ensuring compliance and efficiency

  • Monitor turnover and workforce gaps, ensuring quick placement of replacements to minimize resourcing risks

  • Provide a seamless and inclusive candidate journey with clear communication and timely feedback

  • Coordinate onboarding for new hires (contracts, documentation, HRIS setup, induction, feedback collection)

  • Conduct in-house pre-employment checks and coordinate third-party background screening

  • Track and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-hire, time-to-fill, quality of hire) and provide insights for improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment processes and improve efficiency of systems and tools

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment guidance

    Required Skills & Experience

    Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s
    degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • Active membership with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM)

  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS

    Professional Experience

  • 4 years’ experience in recruitment or HR operations, with exposure to high-volume hiring

  • Proven track record managing end-to-end recruitment processes

  • Experience conducting interviews, assessments, and supporting onboarding processes
