What You’ll Be Doing

Grow Our Customer Base

  • Identify and acquire new customers through field sales, referrals, and community engagement.

  • Guide customers through loan application process.

  • Conduct customer due diligence and ensure accurate documentation.

  • Deliver customer education aligned with 4G Capital’s mission of growing businesses with capital and knowledge.

  • Achieve monthly sales, disbursement, and active customer targets.

    Build Lasting Customer Relationships
  • Develop trusted relationships with entrepreneurs and business owners.

  • Provide ongoing guidance and support throughout the customer journey.

  • Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.

  • Build strong referral networks within local communities and business groups.

    Protect Portfolio Quality
  • Promote responsible borrowing and timely repayments.

  • Monitor customer performance and identify risks early.

  • Follow credit policies, due diligence requirements, and risk management procedures.

  • Support portfolio health through proactive collections and customer engagement.

    Market Intelligence
  • Stay informed about customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Share market insights and customer feedback with Branch and Regional leadership.

    What We’re Looking For

    Essential
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in financial services or customer‑facing environments.

  • Track record of achieving sales targets.

  • Understanding of lending products, credit processes, and customer assessment.

  • Willingness to relocate and work outside Nairobi, including remote locations.

  • Basic digital literacy, including confident use of smartphones and mobile applications.

    Desirable
  • Experience working with micro and small business owners.

  • Experience in financial services, micro‑finance, or lending.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in local languages spoken within assigned region.
