4G Capital Creative Content Specialist Jobs in Kenya; To be the visual storyteller and creative force behind 4G Capital's internal and external communications. The Designer/Videographer will work within the dynamic Comms and Marketing team to conceptualise, capture, and produce compelling visual content (video, photography, and graphic design) that truly represents the transformative impact of 4G Capital on our nano and micro-business clients, showcases our vibrant team culture, and powerfully communicates our brand identity across Kenya and Uganda and beyond. This role is essential for driving engagement, awareness, and trust in line with our mission to democratise wealth creation.

Roles and Responsibilities

Visual Content Strategy and Production

Conceptualise, plan, shoot, direct, and edit high-quality video content (client testimonials, staff interviews, brand explainers, social media clips, training materials)

Design and produce brand-compliant digital and print assets (social media graphics, presentations, internal communications, event collateral, reports)

Capture high-quality photography of clients, staff, and events

Organise and maintain a secure digital library of all visual assets

Brand Guardianship and Consistency

Ensure all visual content adheres to 4G Capital’s brand guidelines

Stay current with industry trends and innovate in design and storytelling

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

Work closely with Comms & Marketing, Impact, HR, and other departments to deliver visual content

Conduct field visits in Kenya and Uganda to capture authentic impact stories

Interpret creative briefs and deliver projects

on time and to specification

Technical Proficiency

Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Experience with professional video cameras, lighting, audio, drones, and advanced editing (colour grading, sound design)

Competence in audio recording and post-production mixing

Website editing skills using Wix (content updates, imagery, blog posts, impact stories)

Required Skills and Experience

Strong visual storytelling ability for social impact/financial inclusion sectors

Proven ability to move from brief to full production (storyboarding, scripting, shot lists, logistics)

Highly organised with strong time management and ability to deliver under pressure

Adaptability in varied field environments (urban and rural East Africa)

Deep understanding of brand guidelines and consistency

Portfolio Requirement

Strong, well-curated portfolio showcasing diverse video, photography, and graphic design projects demonstrating technical excellence and narrative skill
