4G Capital Call Center Agent Jobs in Kenya

Key Responsibilities

  • Action work queues and daily collection portfolios to ensure customer accounts remain within established policy limits.

  • Contact defaulting customers and negotiate constructive arrears settlement arrangements while maintaining quality communication standards.

  • Manage incoming calls, resolve customer complaints and inquiries, and provide effective solutions.

  • Capture accurate call information and customer interaction records.

  • Troubleshoot customer requests and concerns efficiently.

  • Achieve monthly collection targets and performance objectives.

  • Adhere to assigned work schedules, shifts and break patterns.

  • Escalate complex or sensitive customer cases, including deceased or disabled customer accounts, to management.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.

  • Deliver excellent customer service while supporting operational and collection objectives.

    Skills and Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field.

  • One (1) to two (2) years of call center or collections experience, preferably within retail or financial services.

  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

  • Proficiency in Kiswahili is an added advantage.

  • Strong computer literacy skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Good time-management and organizational skills.

  • Strong customer service, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
