410 Bridge International Jobs: The 410 Bridge International is a nonprofit faith-based mission organization located in Nairobi, Kenya.

They are looking to immediately fill the position of:

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage all financial functions for Kenyan operations.
  • To establish operational procedures and ensure adherence to those procedures.
  • To ensure compliance with federal and governmental policies and laws as related to ministry operations abroad.
  • To provide weekly financial reporting.
  • To assist with daily transaction processing as necessary.
  • To manage financial administrative staff in the Nairobi office.

    Qualifications:

  • Licensed CPA/Chartered Accountant in an English speaking country
  • Bachelor of Commerce degree from an accredited university
  • Strong leader
  • Minimum 7 years experience/2 years supervisory
  • Prior experience with monthly closing & financial reporting
  • Familiarity with Kenya NGO Board rules and regulations
  • Internal control policies and procedures
  • Able to wholeheartedly support the model and mission of 410 Bridge
  • Organizational skills
  • Task oriented
  • Detail oriented
  • Good communicator.
