Some subscribers have been asking me why they are not receiving their newsletters, but they are still on my mailing list. The reason could be a "filter" your ISP is applying to your incoming email. That is why in this edition I am trying an experiment. I am providing a link to the newsletter on my site, rather than sending out the entire newsletter content. Highlights include Masters Scholarships available in several areas of study both taught and by research. There are also a number of PhD scholarships and many development related jobs in Africa.
