Work independently and lead the team with motivation;
Recruiting and hiring of sales other employees as may be needed;
Sale company products to large organizations;
Conduct high level meeting with customer organizations;
Do Prepare and present power point presentations;
Establish the office working procedures in consultation with other management;
Establish and Maintain Customer service protocol;
First Degree in Business Management
5 Years experience in sales and Marketing Management, Masters Degree in Marketing Management or related field and at least 3 years in Marketing management or related field.
Proven experience in sales to organizations is required.
Required proven skills
Sales to organizations, team leadership, understanding of digital technology;
Good command of English is required while communication in both Amharic and Oromifa (or more languages) are advantages;
