We are looking for a Recruiter to join our dedicated HR Team in finding the best talent in the country! If you are passionate about sourcing the right candidates and would like to contribute to building an awesome company culture, then this is the position for you!

Key Performance Areas:

  • Pro-actively manage the full recruitment and selection process within the company (full recruitment process) whilst adhering to relevant legislation and EEA.
  • Drawing up of job descriptions.
  • Posting and managing vacancies on site.
  • Sourcing of candidates through a variety of methods (including headhunting).
  • Ensuring we are maintaining best practice recruitment methods and consistently keeping up to date with international recruitment trends.
  • Communicating and consistently promoting our
  • Employer Value Proposition.
  • Ensuring best candidate experience throughout interview process.
  • Management of applicant tracking system (Jobvite).
  • Ensuring candidate tracker is consistently up to date.
  • Manage
    new starters through induction.
  • Provide assistance and general support to
  • Management with the identification, planning and implementation of new recruitment related projects.
  • Partnering with universities / tertiary institutions in order to build pipeline of graduates.
  • All recruitment related administration (including new starter packs).
  • Recruitment reporting and analysis: tracking and analysing recruitment trends and reporting to Management.
  • Provide information to Management regarding market conditions, candidate availability, salary benchmarks.
  • Act as promoter of employee engagement through representing at company events and actively partaking in Human Resource related activities.
  • Assist in ad-hoc Human Resource administration / tasks.

    Education, Skills and Experience
  • Matric
  • Tertiary qualification in HR / business.
  • Minimum of 3 years recruitment experience (ownership of full recruitment process) essential.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Detail consciousness.
  • Knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work under tight time constraints.
  • Ability to work independently.
