Vivo Fashion Group Executive Driver Jobs in Kenya; Provide safe, reliable, discreet, and professional chauffeur and logistical support to the CEO, ensuring punctual and secure transportation to all business engagements while safeguarding the CEO’s schedule, confidentiality, and public image. Support light administrative and logistical tasks connected to the CEO’s daily movements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Safely drive the CEO to meetings, airports, official functions, and personal engagements, arriving ahead of scheduled times.

  • Plan routes in advance using real‑time traffic, road closure, and security information; liaise with the Executive Assistant to align with the CEO’s calendar.

  • Maintain executive vehicle cleanliness, fueling, and mechanical condition; arrange servicing, insurance renewals, and licensing.

  • Conduct daily pre‑trip inspections and report faults immediately.

  • Drive defensively and remain alert to security risks.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding CEO’s schedule, contacts, and conversations.

  • Present a professional, well‑groomed appearance and courteous manner at all times.

  • Assist with luggage, documents, and materials; run approved errands connected to CEO’s duties.

  • Be available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and short‑notice schedule changes, including multi‑day travel.

  • Maintain accurate logs of mileage, fuel usage, trip purposes, and vehicle maintenance.

  • Respond calmly to breakdowns, accidents, or emergencies; apply basic first aid procedures.

  • Excellent defensive driving skills and sound knowledge of traffic laws and local routes.

  • High
    level of discretion, integrity, and trustworthiness.

  • Strong time‑management skills; ability to adapt to last‑minute changes.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; calm and professional demeanor.

  • Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge and minor mechanical problem‑solving.

  • Physical fitness to assist with luggage and remain alert during long hours.

  • Sound judgment and situational awareness, especially regarding safety and security.


    Qualifications & Experience

  • Valid driver’s license (Class B/C or equivalent) with clean record of at least 5 years.

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a professional driver, preferably chauffeuring executives, diplomats, or VIPs.

  • Secondary school certificate minimum; training in customer service, security awareness, or vehicle mechanics is an advantage.

  • Valid certificate of good conduct and clearance from relevant background checks.
