Job Description Our Client, a manufacturer of wireless telecommunication equipment’s worldwide seeks to fill the position of Contract Manager.
The contract manger position will be responsible for supporting the company contracts.
They will help manage a broad range of commercial contracting for a number of clients.
The contract manager will assist with drafting, negotiating and overseeing implementation of commercial contracts with clients.
Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts.
Acting as a primary point of contact with clients to facilitate and expedite the review and negotiation of assigned contracts
Identifying and analyzing key legal, compliance and business issues in contract drafting and negotiations
Developing and implementing procedures for contract management and administration in compliance with the company policy
Managing and organizing contracts within the document management system
Assisting with the continuous improvement relating to development and maintenance of standard contract terms and templates as well as contract management tools
Ensuring the signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness interpretation to support implementation.
Provide redlined recommendations directly with client’s attorneys or purchasing staff until consensus is reached.
Monitoring completion, customer satisfactions with the company terms and recommending changes.
Providing guidance on contract matters to project managers and other operational staff
Responding to any inquiries regarding contracts.
Qualifications
Critical and Analytical thinking
Negotiation and effective communication skills
Effective judgment and decision making skills
Corporate Governance
Understanding of Legal documentations
Business and Accounts Management Skills
Must have a Law degree
Must be a licensed attorney
Previous 5 years of experience working with real estate’s contract law.
