University of Kabianga Lecturer -Curriculum Instruction & Educational Media Jobs in Kenya


Requirements

  • PhD degree in Kiswahili Subject Methods/Kiswahili Education from a recognized and accredited University.

  • Master’s degree in Kiswahili Subject Methods/Kiswahili Education from a recognized and accredited University.

  • Three (3) years teaching experience at university level, in research, or in industry.

  • At least two (2) publications in refereed journals or two (2) book chapters in relevant areas.

  • Registered with relevant professional body (where applicable).


    Duties and Responsibilities

  • Teach and assess courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

  • Supervise undergraduate projects and experiential learning programs.

  • Supervise dissertations/theses at graduate level.

  • Participate in development of undergraduate and postgraduate courses.

  • Initiate, promote, and participate in research projects.

  • Provide professional and community services and initiate linkages and fundraising.

  • Carry out administrative and other duties as assigned.
