Job Description

  • Sales Administrator to be the custodian of the sales team. Report back to management on weekly activities as well as training and overflow sales Duties & Responsibilities

    • Assigning Leads and monitoring of these assigned leads

    • Assisting with quotes

    • Take up any overflow of sales

    • Develop Sales Reports

    • Develop Process

    • Provide management with weekly sales reports, including – o Calls o Meetings o Quotes o Database management

    • Ensure Activities targets are met and report deviations

    • Ensure Sales targets are met and report deviations

    • Training of new sales staff

    • Occasionally accompany sales staff to clients
