  • Implement and administer off boarding duties in SLCO
  • SSA / Consultants and Individual contractors
  • Participate in the recruitment of national professional officers, general service, and temporary staff according to UN / UNICEF rules, regulations, procedures and policies
  • Develop and implement plans, including timetables, for job descriptions reviews, updates, and ensure timely notice to supervisors.
  • Ensure timely actions and update for all HR reports (HR management indicators, PERs, Mandatory trainings, Staff lists)



  • Advanced Diploma in Business Studies and / or Equivalent in Personnel, Human Resources or Administrative Management.
  • Degree in Business Administration and / or Human Resource Management an advantage. Microsoft Word, Excel, and other software.


  • Minimum 7 years' experience in the field of human, personal management or similar work in a recognized institution. Experience in an United Nations organization or NGO desirable.

    The ideal candidate should also have:

  • Analytical and conceptual ability; communication skills.
  • Planning and monitoring skills; ability to organize work and projects.
  • Ability to
    make timely judgments and decisions.
  • Computer skills, including internet browsing, and various office applications.
  • Commitment to continuous learning for professional development.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a multi-cultural environment, and establish harmonious and effective working relationships both within and outside the organization.
  • Initiative, passion and commitment to UNICEF's mission and professional values.
  • Good writing skills.
