Tropical Heat Sales Admin Jobs in Kenya; Tropical Heat is seeking a motivated and intellectually curious graduate to join the team as a Sales Administrator Graduate Trainee. This program offers a unique opportunity to apply academic knowledge to real‑world business challenges while working alongside experienced sales and administrative professionals. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the sales team, handle order processing and data management, and communicate with clients to enhance overall productivity of the sales department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately process sales orders, coordinating with logistics and inventory teams for timely delivery.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding order inquiries and delivery updates.

  • Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Liaise between the sales team and other departments (marketing, finance, logistics).

  • Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales agreements.

  • Manage requisitions for meetings, client sampling, and office supplies.

  • Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with relevant teams.

  • Document sales processes and administrative workflows for transparency.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas to solve business problems.

    Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently enrolled in or recent graduate (within
    12 months) of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM tools (advantage).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
